The UK based facility of an international business, turning over £20 million with a 5% PBT supplying leading heavy equipment manufacturers throughout Europe wanting to build a corporate strategy to deliver a business with a turnover of £80 million and 10% PBT within a seven year horizon.

We identified in accurate detail the market through research and understanding of the market, the players, existing and potential clients and competitors to ensure a dedicated focus. We developed a strategy which delivered organic, acquisitive, growth together with operational and organisational recommendations to maximise profitability. Linked to this was an aggressive marketing strategy which included a strong telemarketing and public relations regime. Currently this organisation is on target to meet its agreed strategy objectives within the timeline.
